Fall Maintenance Includes:
- Verify flue pipe is properly venting
- Test all gas connections
- Test all safety switches
- Adjust gas valve
- Remove, clean and adjust gas burners
- Remove all standing water from primary drain pan
Spring Maintenance Includes:
- STACCP will arrive on site to perform spring maintenance
- Clean condenser coil
- Check thermostat operation
- Clean and replace filter (customer supplied)
- Check temperature split at unit and house
- Check refrigerant charge
- Check compressor operating pressures
- Inspect disconnect, wiring, tighten electrical connection
- Inspect run capacitors, relays, and controls
- Test safety controls
- Test starting capabilities
- Check amp draw on compressor and motors
- Inspect accessible duct work and duct seal at unit for leaks Inspect indoor coil
- Clean condensate drain
- Clean condensate line
- Clean and adjust burner assembly
- Ensure unit is operating safe and properly
