Miguel identified the problem to be an improperly installed inline fan after the estimate and quote were for a faulty fan to be replaced. He quickly diagnosed and corrected the issue while saving me money on the cost of a new part that was not needed. While on-site he also made small adjustments to the filter housings to decrease unwanted noise. The scheduling and customer service department is also very pleasant to work with. They called before the scheduled date when an operator was in the area just to see if we wanted them to come out before the scheduled date.

Very professional, prompt and courteous! Miguel (owner) replaced the module on our gas water heater. He flushed the water heater several times to remove the sediment and even hosed off the driveway. I was impressed with how neat and clean he left the work area. Prompt, value-priced and professional . . . An all-around GREAT EXPERIENCE!
